Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the InsidePics applications and insidepics.com (the "Service"), which are provided by INSP Limited Liability Company ("INSP", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use InsidePics. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Because the Service is designed so that we cannot decrypt your content, we cannot recover your library if you lose your credentials and your recovery information. Keep them somewhere safe.

3. Your content

You own your content. Photos, videos and other material you add to InsidePics remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the Service — to store, transmit, back up and deliver your encrypted content to you and to the people you share it with. We claim no ownership of it, and we do not use it for any other purpose.

You are responsible for the content you upload and share, and you confirm you have the rights to it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

The Service's encryption means we cannot proactively review content. Enforcement is based on reports, account-level signals, and legal requirements.

5. Sharing

When you share content, you grant the recipients access to it. Once someone has access, they may be able to keep a copy. Revoking sharing prevents future access through the Service, but cannot retrieve copies already saved. Share accordingly.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend the Service for maintenance. If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice so that you can retrieve your content.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that creates risk or legal exposure, or where required by law. Where circumstances allow, we will give notice first.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

InsidePics is not a backup service. Keep independent copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INSP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, give additional notice. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at INSP Limited Liability Company's place of registration, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these terms removes consumer protections that the law of your country of residence guarantees you.
